He has lead youth journalism programs since 2012, mentoring diverse youth to share their voice and land their stories in major media. He has reported on diversity, elections, immigration and community health for CalMatters, New America Media, the Long Beach Post, ImpreMedia’s national network and others. He is based in Long Beach.
